Welcome to Sankofa Training and Wellness Institute CPR Training

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or even triple the chances of survival after a cardiac arrest. It is our belief that everyone needs to know proper CPR techniques and you are never too young or old to learn. You may have to save a loved one’s life one day while you await the EMS’ arrival.

At Sankofa Training Wellness and Institute, we're dedicated to equipping individuals and organizations with the essential skills and knowledge they need to save lives in critical situations. Our CPR training services are designed to empower you with the confidence and expertise to respond effectively in emergency situations.
